1. DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

We sure do! Our consultants are based around Australia and we bring the showroom to you. If you’d prefer to visit us, we have a showroom in Murarrie, Brisbane – and we’d love to see your friendly face. We’re open Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Appointments are essential, so please give us a call on 1300 035 919.

2. WHAT STATES DO YOU SERVICE?

Our warehouse, head office and dispatch centre is in Brisbane-and, we service across all parts of Australia. No matter where you are, we’d love the opportunity to meet your team and show you what’s possible.

3. DO YOU HAVE A CATALOGUE?

Yes, we have several catalogues you can view HERE. Keep in mind, as we have access to over 20 suppliers and also have our own custom uniform company, it’s hard to show everything we do online – the catalogues give you a taste of the styles and ideas we can bring to life.

4. DO YOU CARRY STOCK?

The Uniform Edit doesn’t carry stock unless previously arranged with a client. That said, we do have a wide range of samples available and can create custom samples for you before placing a full order. We offer drop shipping and quick turnaround on certain items.

5. WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME ON PRODUCTS?

Once your quote is signed off and everything is approved, our turnaround is anywhere from one to 8 weeks from production to delivery. The timeframe is vast due to the varying range of products available. Some can be accessed within a few days. Custom uniform pieces and embroidered pieces have longer turnaround times.

6. HOW DO WE WORK OUT SIZING?

We can organised a fitting at your workplace for your initial order or we can send you fit samples. Our fitting consultant brings the full-size range so your team can try on the garments before ordering.

7. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

For custom products, we require a minimum of 20 pieces for your first order (mixed items are fine – shirts, dresses, etc.). After that, you can re-order as few as one item. For custom ties, scarves and polos, the minimum is 50 units.

We also have ready-to-wear pieces available with no minimums required, and we can add embroidery if needed.

8. IS THERE A SURCHARGE FOR SMALL ORDERS?

Pricing is worked out with your initial order. In many cases, the price is locked in for all future orders – even if it’s just one piece. Some small orders may attract a surcharge, depending on the original agreement and embroidery requirements.

9. WILL MY UNIFORM RANGE ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE?

If you opt for custom made then, yes – your custom uniform is made just for your business and the fabrics and designs will always be available. If your design uses our stock fabrics, we’ll ensure stock is held for your reorders. Occasionally a fabric may be on back order – if so, we’ll let you know straight away.
If you order stock items from our various suppliers, from time to time items become discontinued, which we have not control over. We will always be ablet to find you a new option should that become the case.

10. CAN I ORDER THE SAME FABRIC FOR MEN’S AND WOMEN’S UNIFORMS?

Absolutely. That’s one of the best parts of going custom – we can use the same fabric to create tailored garments for both men and women.

11. WHAT STYLES OF SHIRTS DO YOU MAKE?

We offer two fits – relaxed and tailored – for both men and women, all designed with a European influence.
Men’s shirts are available in long sleeve, roll-up tab, or short sleeve. Women’s shirts can be made as long sleeve, roll-up tab, ¾ sleeve, or short sleeve. We also offer styles like military detail, concealed plackets, and more.

12. CAN I ORDER A STAFF UNIFORM THAT’S UNIQUE TO MY COMPANY

Absolutely – this is what we do best! We specialise in designing exclusive, custom uniforms to help your business stand out.

13. DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Delivery cost is specified at time of ordering and will be part of your quote. Delivery price is dependent on size or order and where we are shipping in.

14. WHERE CAN I FIND A PRICELIST?

Because our products are custom-made, we don’t have a standard pricelist. Pricing depends on your design, fabric choice and quantities ordered. Get in touch with us and we can best direct you on pricing. Contact us HERE.

15. CAN I ORDER ONLINE?

Your first order is always placed through one of our consultants – we guide you through the design, fitting and sizing process. After that, we’ll set up your very own online uniform store where you can reorder, track invoices, and manage your range with ease.

16. DO YOU WHOLESALE?

17. DO YOU SELL TO INDIVIDUALS?

We’re a B2B company, so unfortunately we don’t supply uniforms to individuals.

18. CAN I GET A FABRIC CUSTOM-MADE

Yes – depending on your quantities, we can custom weave fabrics for shirts, blouses, polos, linings and suiting. Minimums apply, and the required quantity depends on the fabric type.

19. DO YOU DO FITTINGS AT OUR OFFICE?

Yes we can arrange for this to happen if it’s the best solution for you. Some fittings do attract a fee. More information can be found HERE.

20. HOW DO I ARRANGE A CONSULTATION?

21. CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT DON’T FIT?

Because most uniforms are custom-made, we can’t accept returns. That’s why fittings and sizing support are so important. We’re here to help you choose the right size the first time. Once an item is embroidered we are unable to take returns.

22. CAN YOU ARRANGE EMBROIDERY?

We sure can. We’ll work with you to create digital and physical samples for approval before embroidering your uniforms. For more info, click HERE.

23. DO YOU OFFER SCREEN PRINTING?

Yes. Like embroidery, we’ll provide digital samples for approval before we go to print. We also offer Direct to Garment Tranfers. Learn more HERE.

24. CAN WE MIX AND MATCH STYLES WITHIN OUR TEAM?

Yes – we encourage it. Not everyone wants the same cut or fit, and we can tailor different styles to suit various roles and preferences while keeping a cohesive look.

25. WHAT IF OUR TEAM HAS HIGH STAFF TURNOVER?

26. CAN WE GET FABRIC SWATCHES BEFORE WE DECIDE?

Yes – we’re happy to send out fabric swatches so you can feel the quality and see the colours in real life before making a decision.

We do. We have a growing range of sustainable fabrics, and we’re happy to walk you through the options available for your custom uniform.

28. CAN YOU HELP US CREATE A UNIFORM POLICY?

29. DO YOU OFFER ACCESSORIES LIKE BELTS OR NAME BADGES?

Yes – we can supply accessories to complete your team’s look. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll include it in your proposal.
